Returns that are sent without contacting us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form will be refused.  Returns will be accepted only if shipped within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly to the original purchase method only (credit card, paypal, cashier’s check, etc.) upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

If there is a defect with the product (unrelated to any damage sustained during shipping) please inform us and we will make sure you are promptly given a replacement item of equal or better value at no additional charge.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping.  In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.  We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

All packages are to be fully insured, and must include a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization form we provide.
